The Google posts page has a new design: a clear overview, story-style review of upcoming posts and settings in plain language. If a post cannot be published, you see the reason right away.

You review upcoming posts one by one as they will look on Google and approve or edit them in one tap. Long texts collapse to four lines with a More button, and you get one confirmation email per batch of approvals instead of one per post.

The overview shows what was published, what waits for your approval and what is scheduled, and the settings are written in plain language. If Google rejects a post, the reason is shown clearly together with the next step.
