Fahad
9 min agoLovely perfume, but they refused to exchange the box even though it was still sealed, and the staff were not helpful.
Badr's reply
Hi Fahad, thank you for your time, and we are glad you liked the perfume. Your note about the exchange and how you were treated has reached the branch management, and we would like to hear the details, so please call the branch on the number listed.

Retail stores & chains
Repma is a Saudi platform that runs the Google Maps profiles of retail stores and chains, such as perfume, fashion, sweets, electronics and furniture. Its AI agent, Badr, replies to every new review automatically, around the clock: in Saudi White Dialect when the customer writes in Arabic and in English when they write in English, signed with the store and branch. Repma also sorts complaints per branch into fixed topics such as products, ordering and payment, staff and price, shows every branch on one screen, and reminds you before Ramadan and Eid on each branch's page, where you set its special hours and the change goes straight to Google. From 119 SAR per location per month with a 7-day trial. Repma does not delete reviews, never promises a discount or refund in a reply, and does not reply to online store reviews.

Where it slips away
The same product, a different experience at every branch
Customers can buy the same product at any branch. What differs is how they are treated and how things work, and that is exactly what they write on Google.
The problem
Exchanges and payment differ from branch to branch
In Repma's analysis, retail complaints are most often about ordering, payment and procedures, then about staff. When the problem sits in one branch, it gets lost among dozens.
Repma
Repma sorts complaints per branch into fixed topics and shows the branch where a topic runs above its usual.
The problem
Ramadan and Eid with old hours
A customer arrives at 11 pm in Ramadan and finds the branch closed, because the Google hours were never updated. With dozens of branches, manual updates slip.
Repma
Each branch's page reminds you before Ramadan and Eid, and you set its special hours there, mall hours for mall branches included.
The problem
Mall branches with duplicate or unverified profiles
A mall branch has two Google profiles, or an unverified one that replies never reach. Reviews get split and lost.
Repma
The Branches page checks every branch's profile: verified or not, suspended or duplicate, and whether replies arrive or Google rejects them.

What Repma does for your stores
Badr's replies
Your brand's voice at every branch
Every reply passes fixed rules before it is published. A customer who praised an employee or a product hears about it; an unhappy customer is pointed to the branch's number, with no promises.
- Saudi White Dialect or English, matching the review
- Signed with the store, branch and city
- No discount, refund or exchange promised in a public reply
- Your own instructions per branch, such as mall branches or seasonal hours

Badr's fixed rules
What Badr never does in a retail reply
- Promise a discount, refund or exchange in public
- Discuss the return policy or the bill in public
- Admit a fault management has not confirmed, or argue with the customer
- Swear oaths or use exclamation marks
- Ask the customer to write privately; he points them to the branch's number

Questions
Repma for retail stores & chains
Does Repma work for sweets and perfume stores?
Yes. Sweets, chocolate, perfume, fashion, electronics and furniture stores all need the same: a reply to every review, complaints sorted per branch, and correct seasonal hours on Google.
How do we change Ramadan hours on Google?
Before Ramadan each branch's page reminds you, and you set the Ramadan hours and dates there. Repma sends the change to that branch's Google profile, and mall branches can keep the mall's hours. If Google does not accept a change, the branch page shows it.
A customer asked for a refund in a review. Will Badr agree?
No. Badr never promises a refund, exchange or discount in a public reply. He thanks the customer and points them to the branch's number, and the decision stays with you and your policy.
Does Repma reply to online store reviews?
No. Repma focuses on Google Maps, where customers choose the nearest branch before they visit.
We have branches in several cities. How do we follow them?
Repma sorts branches by city and region on its own, and you see them all on the Branches page, ranked by what needs action, with one weekly and monthly report for every branch and an Excel file.
What does Repma cost for groups and chains?
119 SAR per branch per month for up to 3 branches, 99 SAR from branch 4 to 9, and 79 SAR from branch 10. More than 20 branches get a plan on WhatsApp, and the 7-day trial covers every branch.
