Repma team6 changes

Approve Badr's replies by star rating

You can now choose per star group whether Badr posts his replies right away or waits for your approval, with a new reply editor and WhatsApp alerts. Owners with several branches get one report for all branches and a branches page with Excel export, and each account now has one language.

Review replies

Reply approval per star group and a new editor

You now decide which replies Badr posts on his own and which wait for your approval, separately for each star group. The new reply editor shows the review, stars and branch. You can edit, save or post Badr's draft, ask for a new version, write your own reply, or choose not to reply, with undo. In the review list, a "Waiting for you" filter collects everything that needs your decision, shows how long it has waited, and a reminder flags pending replies.

Review replies

Faster, more careful replies

Badr now answers new reviews sooner, because Google tells Repma about new reviews as they are posted, and Badr replies no earlier than five minutes after a review appears. He treats sensitive criticism such as hygiene, health, safety or money more seriously. On 3-star reviews he picks up the specific thing the guest liked and accepts the criticism calmly, without an apology.

Platform

Repma alerts on WhatsApp

Important alerts now reach you on WhatsApp, so nothing that needs your decision slips by. They cover reviews waiting for your approval, posted replies, Google posts awaiting approval, failed payments, changes to your Google profile, and holiday and Ramadan hours. Stars and profile name come first, the lowest-rated review leads when several wait, and quiet hours are respected. You manage it under Settings, Notifications.

Reports

One report for all branches

Owners with several branches now see all of them in one report. A PDF arrives every Sunday for the week and on the 1st for the month, for every account with two or more locations. It shows the brand rating, branches below 4.0, risers and fallers, praise by name and a table of all branches. You can add up to nine recipients under Settings, Notifications, while branch contacts keep the detailed weekly report for their own branch.

Dashboard

Branches page and Excel export

It is now easier to see which branch needs your attention. The branches page ranks your branches and lists what needs action. Export creates an Excel file for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days with branch numbers, all reviews with their replies, and complaints and praise. If Google rejects replies on a suspended or unverified profile, Badr pauses there and the page shows "Replies paused". Repma also loads reviews older than the last 30 days in the background.

Platform

One language for your account

You set your language once under Settings, Profile, and the app, emails and WhatsApp messages follow it, while the weekly report keeps its own choice, including the bilingual version. Tabs on Arabic pages now run right to left.
