Questions about the free menu maker
Is the menu maker really free?
Yes. Design and download your menu as PDF or PNG with no sign-up and no payment, and download again whenever you edit. The bottom of the menu carries a small Repma line and QR code.
Do I need an account to design the menu?
No. The tool runs in your browser, and the draft, logo and cover image are saved in your browser on the same device; none of it reaches us. Clearing your browser data clears the draft.
How is the free menu different from Repma's digital menu?
The free menu is a file you print, so a price change means printing again. Repma's digital menu is a link and QR code that opens on the guest's phone and updates live, and its link shows on your Google profile. It needs a Repma account, from 119 SAR per location per month with a 7-day trial.
Can I write the menu in Arabic and English?
Yes. Switch between Arabic and English and write section names, dish names and descriptions for each language separately. An empty field shows the other language, and prices and calories are shared. On the printed menu the second language shows smaller under the name.
How do I show calories on the menu?
Type the calories next to each dish and they show under its name, with the SFDA daily intake note at the bottom of the menu. You can hide the note in the design settings.
What size and quality is the printed menu?
Pages are A4, and the PDF and PNG files are 300 dpi, sharp enough for a print shop or a regular printer. A short menu fits on one page; a long menu continues on more A4 pages, up to 6, instead of shrinking the text too far. The PDF holds every page, and each page gets its own PNG.
