QR digital menus for restaurants in Saudi Arabia
A Repma digital menu is a table QR list. After you connect Google Business Profile (the same connect that lets Badr reply on Google Maps), you can pull the location’s food menu as a draft: sections, Arabic and English names, and prices if Google has them. Confirm prices, then publish at menu.repma.io, with no cart. If Google has no list, photograph the paper menu. The 7-day trial includes the full menu, cancel anytime. From 119 SAR per location. No sales promise and no map-rank promise.

What is a Repma digital menu?
A food list the guest opens on their phone after scanning a table QR. Default layout is photo cards; the guest can switch to a compact paper-style list. Arabic and English, sections, price and sale, sold out, labels such as signature and popular, and an optional dish video. It is not a photographed PDF, and it is not an ordering page.
The printed URL is https://menu.repma.io plus your branch slug. After cancel, the same URL stays up with a paused message. During the trial guests see the full menu; Google does not index a trial menu until the subscription is paid.
How does the menu come from Google after you connect?
Most barcode makers start from a blank page: you retype every dish from paper. Repma is different because Google Business Profile is already connected so Badr can publish replies. That same connection reads the location’s foodMenus, so the dishes are in the editor before you print a QR.
You tap instant import from Google. The draft lands with sections, Arabic and English names, descriptions, prices if the profile has them, size options, and allergen marks Google stored. That is not a guest publish. You confirm price and photo, then publish to menu.repma.io.
If Google has no food menu, or the list is thin: photograph the paper pages. That also becomes a draft, then the same confirmation. In every path the owner is the source of the price before a guest sees it.
How do I make a QR menu?
- Create a Repma account, save a Saudi mobile number, and connect a food or drink Google Business Profile (the same connect that runs Badr)
- From that connect, pull the Google food menu as a draft. If the list is empty, photograph the paper pages so Repma drafts sections and dishes
- Check Arabic and English names, prices, photos, sections, sold out, and allergen marks. No price means hidden from guests
- Publish, download the QR, and print it for the table. The menu.repma.io link stays put when you edit
- Guests scan and order with staff as usual. The menu footer can open a Google Maps review. Badr replies to the new review
What does the guest get at the table?
- Photo cards of equal height, with signature and popular dishes on a full row
- Search across dishes and sections, plus a section rail that stays while scrolling
- A dish sheet: gallery, price and sale, sold-out without alarm red, and often-ordered-with
- Up to four allergen icons on the card; calories inside the dish sheet if the owner entered them
- Arabic and English from a language icon, with no app to install
What does the restaurant get?
- A draft from the Google profile food menu after connect, or from paper photos, then price confirmation before publish: no price means hidden from guests
- One catalog shared across food branches, with per-location QR and sold-out
- Your photos and video, compressed in the browser before upload
- Included in Repma from 119 SAR per location per month, not a second design invoice
- After the meal: Badr replies to Google Maps reviews in Saudi White Dialect; posts after enable are a third job
What makes a Repma menu different?
- It starts from your Google profile data, not a blank design you retype dish by dish
- Hospitality layout: equal-height photo cards, plus a compact paper-style list if the guest wants it
- Arabic and English from a language icon, with no app to install
- One catalog for food branches, with a QR and sold-out per location
- Search, sold out, sale price, labels, optional dish video, and often-ordered-with
- Up to four allergen icons on the card; calories inside the dish sheet if the owner entered them
- The menu footer can open a Google Maps review, and Badr replies in Saudi White Dialect
- Included from 119 SAR per location: not a second design fee and not a cashier
Calories and allergens?
The owner picks from eight regulated marks: milk, wheat, sesame, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanut, mustard. The same icon shows for the guest. Calories are a number the owner enters; guests see them inside the dish sheet, not on the card. Repma does not issue an SFDA certificate and does not invent a legal calorie figure with AI.
What we do not promise
The menu is display at the table. No cart, payment, ZATCA invoice, WhatsApp ordering, or POS. This release does not push the list to Google Maps automatically. We do not promise extra sales or a map rank. The menu is for food and drink locations (restaurant, café, bakery, food truck, and similar). Google Maps review replies still work for any connected location.
FAQ
How do I make an electronic menu?
Connect a food location to Repma (the same Google connect as Badr), pull the profile menu as a draft or photograph paper, confirm prices and photos, publish, then print the menu.repma.io QR. 7-day trial, cancel anytime, from 119 SAR per location, included in the subscription.
Does the menu come from Google after I connect?
Yes as a draft. The same Google Business Profile connection reads the location’s foodMenus. You tap import and sections, names, and prices land if Google has them. Guest publish is manual after you confirm prices. If Google is empty, photograph the paper menu.
Does the guest menu go live by itself after connect?
No. Connect puts the data in the editor. You publish after you confirm prices. No price means hidden from guests.
How do I make a barcode menu?
After publish you download the QR from the Repma editor and print it for the table. The URL stays menu.repma.io with your branch slug and updates when you edit, without reprinting a new code.
What does a restaurant menu cost?
The menu is included in Repma from 119 SAR per location per month (then 99, then 79 as locations grow). It is not a separate design fee and not a forever-free maker. 7-day trial with a card, cancel anytime.
What is the best app to design a menu?
We do not call ourselves the best. Ask whether you need table display with photos, or ordering and payment. Repma is display plus Badr on Google Maps reviews. Ordering stacks fit if you run a cashier and WhatsApp orders.
Does the digital menu take WhatsApp orders?
No. Guests read and order with staff. WhatsApp orders and a cashier are not this product. See the display-versus-ordering comparison.
Does the menu publish to Google Maps automatically?
Not in this release. You can pull a Google menu as a draft; guests see the live list at menu.repma.io. Pushing the list to Google Maps is later and optional.
Is the menu for every business type?
No. The menu is for food and drink locations. Badr still replies to Google Maps reviews for any connected location, even without a menu.
