Badr replies in Saudi dialect again
Badr's Arabic replies to Google reviews are back in Saudi White Dialect, with correct names and better use of owner notes. This update also brings a photo feed with hearts in the digital menu, a start page each person can arrange, report templates, and clearer branch and complaint views.

Review replies
Natural Saudi dialect replies
Badr's Arabic replies sound natural again in Saudi White Dialect, without drifting into formal Arabic or mentioning the star count. He now uses the customer's name and gender correctly. In English replies he writes an Arabic name in its usual English spelling or leaves it out. Your notes, such as "closed until Sunday", are used when they answer the review and stop once their date has passed. If a guest says nobody answers the phone, Badr no longer sends them back to the same number.
Digital menu
Menu photo feed with hearts
Guests can now browse your digital menu as a photo feed and tap a heart on the dishes they like. The feed always shows the whole menu: dishes without a photo appear as short rows under their category, and you choose which view guests see first. You can see your most loved dishes, and each dish has its own share link. The dish editor is calmer too, with one toolbar row and a search that opens in place.
Dashboard
A start page you arrange yourself
Your start page now shows what matters to you. A Customize button lets you hide cards and change their order on desktop and phone. Cards with nothing to show drop out, a quiet line says when nothing is urgent today, and the dashboard opens first after login.
Reports
Report templates and archive
You can prepare reports quickly from ready templates on the Reports page, save them and find earlier ones in the archive. Reports come as a web page, a PDF or an Excel file. The preview opens faster because the file starts building while you pick the options. Downloaded files get a short, clear name, so Excel exports open without errors.
Platform
Clearer Branches page for several locations
Owners with several locations find the right branch faster. On the Branches page every column head sorts the list, a new column shows total reviews, and more filters narrow the list. A row opens a side panel with the branch's stars, reviews and trend. In All branches a review opens in place for a reply, and review cards again show who replied and which replies wait for approval.
Complaints
Branch complaints easier to read
Complaint topics on a branch's start page now read at a glance. Each topic shows its complaint count and whether it is above or below your other branches, and a topic only stands out from 3 complaints. When guests only praised staff by name, the card turns calm green instead of red.
